Machining and finishing
Identify the routing, drilling, assembly and surface-finishing steps. Suitability should be considered against those actual conditions.
Samples and testing
State what you need to verify, the test method and any sample approval requirements. A sample result should be interpreted within its tested scope.
Performance and documentation
List required properties and documents explicitly. An application name does not establish moisture resistance, a fire rating or approval of a complete product system.
